2x Taq PCR Master Mix (with dye) is a 2-fold concentration of DNA Polymerase, PCR Buffer, dNTPs and indicators. When using this product, it is only necessary to add template and primers to the premix solution, and the volume of ddH2O can be used to make up the PCR reaction, which simplifies the operation steps and reduces the risk of contamination during the PCR operation. At the same time, the premix solution already contains the necessary pigment reagents for electrophoresis, and the electrophoresis can be performed directly after the PCR reaction. This product has high sensitivity, strong specificity, wide linear range and more accurate quantification of target genes. The PCR product amplified by this product has an A base at the 3' end and can be cloned into the T vector.

                                   Example 1  Amplification effect                                           

The 1kb fragment was amplified using SANSHIBIO 2x Taq PCR Master Mix (with dye) (E002), and
the amplification results were analyzed by 1% agarose gel electrophoresis. The experimental
results show that the amplification effect of E002 is equivalent to the similar products of foreign company B and domestic C company, and there is
no non-specific amplification. The two on the left are E002, the two in the middle are foreign brands, and the two on the right are domestic
brands.
