                        Example 1: Amplification effect

Using SANSHIBIO 2x Taq PCR Master Mix (without dye) (E003), the
fragment length of 1 kb was amplified, and the amplification results were
analyzed . The experimental results show that the amplification effect of E003
is comparable . The two on the left are E003, the two in the middle are foreign brands, and the two on the right are domestic brands.

The 1kb fragment was
