Ultra-high fidelity : The fidelity is 8 times that of Pfu enzyme and 60 times that of ordinary Taq enzyme. It is one of the polymerases with ultra-high fidelity.

Fast : The amplification speed of simple templates can reach 1kb/15s, and the amplification speed of complex templates can reach 1kb/15-30s.

Experimental example

                                                               Example 1 Enzyme Validation Experiment

 Use SANSHIBIO 2x HIProof 2G PCR Mix (with dye) (EP001), and place them at 4°C, -20°C, and room temperature (25°C), respectively. Take EP001 stored at different temperatures regularly. Amplification was performed, and the amplification results were analyzed by 1% agarose gel electrophoresis. The experimental results show that EP001 can be stored stably for 1 month at room temperature and 2 months at 4C, and repeated freezing and thawing have little effect on the system.
