Product introduction:

DL1,000 DNA Marker is a DNA solution that already contains 1X Loading Buffer , and 5 μl can be used for direct electrophoresis, which is very convenient to use. DL1,000 DNA Marker is composed of DNA fragments of 1,000 bp , 700 bp , 500 bp , 400 bp , 300 bp , 200 bp , 100 bp , and a total of 7 bands. Each time 5 μl was taken for electrophoresis, the amount of DNA in each band was about 50 ng , and the amount of 400 bp DNA fragment was about 150 ng , showing a bright band.

Use Note :

1. When the width of the sample hole during electrophoresis is less than 6 mm , clear bands can be obtained by taking 5 μl of the product for electrophoresis each time. If the injection hole is widened, the injection volume of the Marker product must be appropriately increased.

2. For DNA electrophoresis, the purity of Agarose has a great influence on the clarity of DNA bands. Therefore, good quality Agarose should be used as far as possible during electrophoresis , and the recommended gel concentration is 2 % to 3 %.

3. During Agarose electrophoresis, the concentration of Agarose is closely related to the separation performance of DNA fragments. The higher the concentration of Agarose , the better the separation performance of short DNA fragments ; on the contrary, the lower the concentration of Agarose , the better the separation of long DNA fragments .
