This product provides all the reagents for cDNA first-strand synthesis, among which reverse transcriptase has lower RNase H activity, higher thermal stability and longer half-life at 50 °C , and can provide more reverse transcription than other reverse transcriptases. The higher full-length cDNA yield of the enzyme can stably generate cDNA representative of the complete gene using the starting RNA. The optimized system significantly improves the sensitivity of the reaction and avoids false negative results. This product can obtain high-fidelity cDNA representing the starting RNA, which is suitable for real-time quantitative RT-PCR and chip experiments that require high sensitivity. The concentration of HI-MMLV Reverse Transcriptase in this product is 200U/μL.
