Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments can generally be divided into three categories. (1) Metal plate type real-time quantitative PCR instrument: It can accommodate a large amount of samples and does not require special consumables, but the temperature uniformity is not good, and there is an edge effect, and the reaction conditions of the standard curve are difficult to be completely consistent with the sample. (2) Centrifugal real-time quantitative PCR instrument: It can ensure the consistency of reaction conditions between the standard curve and the sample. However, the amount of samples that can be accommodated is small, and some need to use special capillaries as sample tubes, which increases the cost of use. (3) Quantitative PCR instrument with independent temperature control of each well: independent temperature control of each well, suitable for rapid multi-index detection. However, the sample loading is not as convenient as the traditional method, and it requires a unique flat reaction tube, which is expensive to use.
