The PCR process was divided into three independent experimental areas: reagent preparation, sample preparation and PCR amplification detection. There is an integral buffer corridor throughout the area. Each independent experimental area is provided with a buffer zone, and at the same time, each area is adjusted by air pressure, so that the reagents and samples are free from aerosol contamination during the entire PCR experiment process, and the contamination of amplification products to personnel and the environment is reduced.

The exhaust fans in buffer zone I, buffer zone II and PCR amplification area can be opened to exhaust air, and return air vents with adjustable air volume are installed on the outer wall of the experimental area and on each door, and the air is ventilated indoors through the air return vents. .

3. Disinfection:

Ultraviolet lamps are installed on the top of the three experimental areas and the three buffer zones and inside the transfer window for disinfection.

Mobile ultraviolet lamps are also set up in the reagent preparation area and the specimen preparation area to locally disinfect the laboratory table.

4. Mechanical interlocking stainless steel transfer window:

Reagents and specimens are delivered through the mechanical interlocking stainless steel (electronic interlocking method is not recommended) transfer window to ensure that reagents and specimens are not contaminated during the transfer process (personal shunting)

5. Ground

It is recommended to use PVC coiled floor or artesian floor for the ground, which has good integrity. Easy to clean and corrosion resistant. Terrazzo floor can also be used without conditions, or large tiles (at least 800mm × 800mm) joints need to be less than 2mm.

6. Lighting

Lamps should be purified lamps, which can achieve the characteristics of easy cleaning and no dust accumulation.
